To prove Trigonometric identities, use the following strategy as discussed in the video:

Step 1. Always start with the more complex side.
Once you have chosen a start point, write down
LHS = (or RHS as relevant).
Step 2. Look for any of the Pythagorean relationships and use them as appropriate.
Step 3.

Change all terms to become functions of SIN and COS.

Often you can remove a term of "1" by using these results.

Step 4: Combine any fractions through a common denominator.
Step 5: Smile when you get the result but
after you write "= RHS".
